Dura-Bilt 5iMV™

This course offers instruction on the hardware and software for engineering and maintenance personnel who configure, and maintain the DURA-BILT 5i medium voltage drive. Laboratory assignments include hardware identification, software instruction i.e. programming I/O and working with the regulator patterns.
Who should attend?
Qualified engineers and technicians who wish to gain an understanding of the Dura-Bilt™ Toshiba medium voltage drive system.
Prerequisites
Electrical experience / education and familiarity with Windows. Reasonable computer skills Instruction is given in English; therefore, a reasonable ability to read and understand spoken English is required.
Course Requirements and Attire
The appropriate dress for this course is casual. Please note that the GE Energy Learning Center is a place of business - no tank tops or shirts with inappropriate verbage or signs.
Effective March 1, 2011, the GE Energy Learning Center will become a tobacco-free campus and smoking will be prohibited in all areas of the property, including outdoor space owned by GE. This means that all employees, as well as customers, contractors and visitors will be prohibited from using tobacco products anywhere on our campuses, including in motor vehicles.
